Where are Richardson Seating products manufactured?

All of our commercial-grade chairs and bar stools are proudly manufactured at our factory in Chicago, Illinois, ensuring the highest standards of American craftsmanship.

What is the typical lead time for an order?

Since many of our items are custom-made to your specifications, lead times typically range from 2 to 4 weeks, though quick-ship options are available for select models.

Do you offer custom upholstery options?

Yes, we offer a wide variety of vinyl and fabric options. We can also work with 'Customer's Own Material' (COM) if you have a specific designer fabric you would like us to use.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

While we primarily serve the hospitality and commercial industries, we do not have a strict minimum order quantity for most of our standard residential and commercial models.

How do you handle shipping for large furniture items?

Large orders are shipped via LTL (Less Than Truckload) freight to ensure safety. Smaller orders may be shipped via UPS. Shipping costs are calculated based on weight and destination at checkout.

What is your return policy for custom furniture?

Because our products are built-to-order, we generally do not accept returns. However, we stand behind our quality and will replace or repair any items that arrive with manufacturing defects or shipping damage.
